The U-Panel Wall System
The U-Panel is high speed patented modular wall system developed in Australia.
There’s no need for bricklayers and it’s extremely fast to install being 4 x quicker than bricks or blocks.
How it connects
Each panel connects without mortar or adhesives. Panels are simply locked together with our patented key and wedge system using nothing more than a hammer.
As a dry fit system, U-Panel can be installed in all weather conditions.

Plumbing and Electrical
Another great advantage of U-Panel is how easy it is to install services. Panels come pre plumbed from our factory ready to install. Electrical is done on site by simply feeding the cables down the open cavity.

Cyclone Rated Category-5
Cyclone tested for wind up to 179mph with a load bearing over 10 US tons per ft.
Weather Proof
Weather proof to (C4 / N6) with no need for
coatings or sealants due to offset construction.

U-Panels are made from our innovative concrete mix that reduces C02 emissions into the environment.
U-CRETE has no sand, aggregate or steel and the mix is made from over 50% recycled Fly Ash and develops over 9.57ksi in strength.
