U-CRETE

U-Panel is made from a new innovative concrete mix that reduces C02 emissions into the environment.

U-CRETE has no sand, aggregate or steel. The mix is made from over 50% recycled Fly Ash and develops over 9.57 ksi in strength.

CASE STUDY / Building a 4800 sq ft General Store in the middle of Australia

The Amata
General Store

U-Panel was chosen as the walling supplier of choice for the 4800 sq ft Amata General Store. The U-Panel’s unique benefits allowed for a fast instal in any weather condition.

U-Panel allowed lockup to be achieved within two weeks

• Building 4800 sq ft
• Over 800 panels 328 l/ft
• 4 days to complete walls

1740 mi with less than 2% breakage.

U-Panel cost savings also come in transport, being lighter enables more sqms on each truck, plus installation is cheaper and safer not having heavy machinery on site to lift panels.

In this case, the panels had to travel over 1740 mi from our Cromer factory in NSW to Amata with the last part being rough corrugated dirt roads. Panels arrived with less than 2% transport breakage.
